Swacch Bharath is still a dream? Will ever the dream becomes reality?

Yesterday I was traveling into few towns and villages and found heaves of waste on both sides of road. Rag pickers, pigs, cattle what not to play around and to create filthy environment. I was told cattle eating plastic waste resulting in serious health issues including conception problems. 
Where is the solution? Looks like there is no serious engagement between government and local bodies. Citizens are not engaged into the system. Hence the ideas, programs are not percolating down leading to serious implementation issues. Unless until these are addressed SWACCH BHARATH will remain as dream only. Let us join hands together to make it happen.
