Education is the nerve centre and country knowledge base, growth , intellectual resources, future vision etc are having strong bondage with education.

Historically knowledge transfer is through guru- sisya sambandh and it has bare minimum commercial linkages.

Unfortunately over the generations we moved from state run institutions to privatisation and though state still has major presence , it is sidelined and neglected.

In India the most expensive education is medicine and the present supply of medicos is grossly inadequate to meet the needs of growing population. It is surprising to know that medical council of India (MCI) is the one who decides the medicos supply not GOI.

Why can't we produce more medicos and improve the health care facilities in rural and remote areas? Why we leave the decision making authority with MCI who has vested interest. If demand is more than supply they can get more fees, can demand more donations etc .

In private colleges MBBS seats are sold for 30 lakhs to 2 cores, PG and super specialities for few cores and each college is collecting hundreds of crores mostly in black. Unfortunately this looting is happening in the name of non profit societies or trusts and our learned CAs and advocates help them in making adjustments.

Like demonetisation decision give big surprise to nation by nationalising the entire medical education and overnight you can control few thousand crores of black money.

Starting with this you can initiate steps to curb corruption in education system and ensure that students with skill sets will get fair chance over the families who can buy education.

People have lot of hopes on your leadership and feeling that it is now or never. Live up to people's expectations and keep Bharath shining.
