Sachin is visiting nellore dist and spending time in a village he adopted. As for the information gathered the developmental works taken up had impacted livelihoods in very limited scale and the stadium , godowns etc are not useful to needy. 
Also other than sachin contribution major funding is from state and hence the program is accountable to public. There are rumours that these programs helped the contractors and influential individuals more than people.
I hope our bharatna will find time to look into it from micro level and understand the reality. As he is planning to adopt more villages he should go for impact assessment before moving further.
