Venkaiah Naidu Garu hails from Agricultural family in Nellore Dist, AP. It is really unfortunate that he forgot the roots and provoking farm sector by making erotic and inconsistent statements like "loan waiver became fashion" , loans shall be waived in extreme conditions only etc. In fact he is the one who promised loan waiver during TN elections and later followed by PM in UP elections. Why to promise in first place and later making jokes out of it. Is it good on anyone's part to play with lives of farmers like this?

If advanced states in agriculture like Maharastra, TN, Karnataka, AP are seeing a crisis agrarian situation and going with loan waiver as immediate solution, can GOI ministers take different stand and create confusion?

In fact it has become fashion for every minister except agriculture minister to talk about farm sector and pass sarcastic comments despite the head of the Government promising unconditional loan waivers and reinstating that the government is committed to double farm income by 2022.

VN Garu being son of the soil, shall request PM to allot agriculture portfolio and work for the sustainable and integrated solutions to farm sector without touching on loan waivers.

Few gifted persons in a position to decide national policies are getting food through tongue culture not through agriculture. For them it is very difficult to understand the complex and complicated issues of agrarian system.

I feel it is better if such persons restrain from passing painful comments and try to contribute for their respective sectors.

Otherwise accept the challenge , crack the issue and become hero of Indian agriculture.
