The HRD subject is removed from Information commissioner Sri Sridhar soon after his decision to impose fine to DU in relation with incumbent PM degree issue. Mr. Sridhar is known for his integrity and professor at NALSAR, Hyderabad.

These type of actions from PMO or any influential body will send wrong signals and morale of administration particularly the honest people will loose interest.

I am sure the decision might have taken without PM notice. At such junctures it is appropriate for PM to intervene and see that the systems prevail over biased or vengeance actions.
