Thanks to advancements and R&D in healthcare.  So many innovations in health care and cosmetic care, is not only increased the life expectancy but also making one look young & fit.

Do not forget the fact that if you want to live long with ease and comforts, you need to have good support systems like driver, secretary, domestic servants etc. Like you offered to spent on health care, they cannot. If their life expectancy is not nearer to yours, there will be huge shortage of manpower in support systems. In such scenario, the services will become expensive and unaffordable.  West is facing the same situation. It's not far in India.
