FLORAL TRIBUTES TO MOHANDAS KARAMCHAND GANDHI JI

Gandhi ji sacrificed his life for the nation and worked for inclusive development of downtrodden. The purpose of Gandhi and Ambedkar was same, but the means and approaches were different, survival vs sustainable development of downtrodden with pride and dignity. But the definition of pride and dignity vary, hence the differences.

The quote given below of Dr Ambedkar is the true reflection of present society, resulting in growing inequalities.

“Brahmanism and Capitalism are the two prime enemies of the working class. Brahmanism does not mean the powers, privileges and interests of brahmin community. Brahmanism means the negation of the spirit of equality, liberty and fraternity. In this sense,  Brahmanism is rampant in all classes and confine not alone to brahmins. This Brahmanism which pervades everywhere and which regulates the thoughts and deeds of all classes , is an incontrovertible fact and it gives certain classes a privileged position. It denies other classes even equality, not only in social field but in economical, educational and religious fields too. It is omnipresent” - Dr B R Ambedkar.

Addressing the concerns expressed by Ambedkar ji related to downtrodden will be the real tribute to the father of the nation.
